Don't miss the SOGC free public forums for an evening of conversation, questions and answers about good bone health and osteoporosis, especially for women 40-65 approaching, or in, menopause. Because midlife hormone changes affect far more than your monthly cycle. Your bones are at risk and now is the time to do something about it!
